These edge-grain boards are made inhouse from premium hardwoods and finished with food-safe ingredients, you won't want to use any other board! The Sunrise Pattern features a board made mostly from Maple, with accents in Cherry. Each board is on average 18 by 12 inches big and around 1 inch thick. A 1/4inch deep juice groove is hand routed around the top edge of the cutting board to catch any juices from spilling over onto your counter or surface beneath your cutting board. Rubber feet ensure your board won't slide around.
